By accessing brianmintonnotary.com or using any of our mobile or remote notary services, you agree to abide by these terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.


2. Services Provided

Brian Minton Notary provides professional notary public services in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. This includes:

  • Mobile notary services

  • Remote Online Notarization (RON)

  • Loan signing services

We are committed to serving all individuals respectfully and equally, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.


3. User Responsibilities

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to sign documents.

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during appointments.

  • Understand that notarization confirms the identity and willingness of the signer but does not validate the content of the document.


4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund (if payment has been made in advance).

  • Travel fees for mobile notarization services are non-refundable once travel has begun.

  • No-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.


5. Legal Disclaimer

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, guidance, or document preparation. It is your responsibility to ensure your documents are correctly completed prior to the notarization appointment.


6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any errors in your documents.

  • Missed deadlines caused by delays in document preparation.

  • Rejection of documents by third parties due to incomplete or inaccurate information.


7. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
