Brian Minton Notary provides professional notary public services in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. This includes:

3. User Responsibilities
To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to sign documents.

Understand that notarization confirms the identity and willingness of the signer but does not validate the content of the document.
4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund (if payment has been made in advance).

Travel fees for mobile notarization services are non-refundable once travel has begun.

No-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.
